All FGCS teachers are qualified educators. Every staff member at FGCS has publicly professed his/her faith and trusts in Jesus Christ as his/her personal Lord and Savior and publicly declared his/her faith through baptism.

Each staff member views his/her work at FGCS as a ministry, not just a job.
